Full-Time Operations​/Dispatcher

Job Overview

Location: Hooksett, NH
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 11-hour shifts (1-hour break included)
Reports to: COO

Role Overview
We need a disciplined, computer-literate Operations/Dispatcher who can manage 30-35 delivery routes per day and support drivers in the field. This is a high-accountability role that requires structure, focus, and the ability to follow clear processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and route support for 30-35 routes
• Respond to driver needs in real time while they are in the field
• Follow prescribed checklists and standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation
• Escalate issues appropriately and keep operations flowing

Requirements

• Computer literate and comfortable with multiple systems
• Highly disciplined and process-oriented
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Available Sunday-Wednesday for 11-hour shifts

This is a core operations role with clear expectations and direct impact on daily performance.
