Our client is seeking a Freelance Marketing Project Coordinator to support seasonal product sample operations and help keep marketing workflows organized, accurate, and on schedule.

Location: Stratham, New Hampshire (Onsite)

Pay Range: $28/hr.

Type: Freelance

Hours: 32/week

Duration: ASAP - Mid June

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, and experienced in coordinating product inventory, shipments, and sample tracking across teams and locations.

In this position, you will oversee seasonal sample orders for eCommerce product categories including apparel, footwear, and accessories, while also supporting global brand samples tied to go-to-market initiatives. You will play a key role in monitoring inventory movement, maintaining accurate tracking records, and partnering with external studio teams to ensure samples are available when needed.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident working in spreadsheets and tracking tools. You should be comfortable following up on missing or delayed samples, receiving and processing incoming product, and helping maintain orderly sample storage areas. This role also requires coordination of returns, inventory updates, and support with clearing out prior season materials.

  • Manage seasonal sample orders for eCommerce products and global brand marketing needs.
  • Maintain product inventory records and coordinate shipments with external studio partners in multiple global locations.
  • Review tracking documents daily and follow up on missing, delayed, or outstanding samples.
  • Receive, log, and unbox incoming samples across product lines.
  • Track inbound and outbound product movement and keep sample rooms organized and accessible.
  • Identify and separate key marketing looks while locating missing inventory as needed.
  • Process returned samples from shoots and update inventory records accordingly.
  • Assist with organizing and removing prior season samples to maintain efficient sample room operations.
