US Foods, a leading food service distributor, is seeking a Sr. Operations Coordinator to help drive performance in our wholesale distribution center. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment for restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality customers. You'll manage inventory, prepare operational reports, and partner closely with transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations to support timely, accurate order fulfillment for food service customers
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support cycle counts to ensure product accuracy and availability
- Create, update, and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and service levels
- Partner with transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve service issues and support on-time delivery
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and resource allocation across shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and workplace safety procedures
- Use ERP/WMS and related systems to manage orders, shipments, and documentation
- Communicate operational status, risks, and escalations to supervisors and cross-functional partners
- Support training and onboarding of coordinators and frontline staff on processes and systems
