Facility Care Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Facility Care Specialist positions in Lincoln, NH. • Shift: Monday — Friday, 3:00pm — 11:00pm (2nd Shift)
• Pay: $18.00/hour + $3.50 Shift Differential
• Weekly Paycheck
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (based on performance and attendance)

• Clean, stock, and maintain designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Perform floor care and window cleaning across multiple buildings
• Restock restrooms and break rooms, remove trash, and sanitize fixtures
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $21.50 per week
