Position Overview

Located in Rindge, NH, Franklin Pierce University (FPU) offers a rural campus experience near Boston and New York City with excellent educational options and a welcoming community. FPU seeks an experienced and collaborative professional to serve as the next Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). The VPEM will provide leadership and operational expertise for recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, overseeing the Office of Admissions and the Office of Student Financial Services.

Reporting to the President, the VPEM will collaborate with senior leaders for marketing and new academic program development, implement recruitment and financial aid plans aligned with institutional priorities, manage discount rate and financial aid awards, and maintain a partnership with FPU’s NCAA Division II Athletics program for student‑athlete recruitment and aid distribution.

Responsibilities

The VPEM will provide leadership and operational expertise for recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students, manage the Office of Admissions and the Office of Student Financial Services, collaborate with senior leaders for marketing and academic program development, establish and implement recruitment and financial aid plans that attract aligned students, and collaborate with the Athletics program on student‑athlete recruitment and financial aid distribution.

Qualifications

Experience in undergraduate and graduate recruitment and student financial services—leading and managing recruiting strategies, achieving revenue targets, discounting, and financial aid awarding—is essential. A strong analytical capacity is required to generate data that assesses the effectiveness of admission and aid policies and practices.
