Description

Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; supervising staff; maximizing store profits; and maintaining a high level of customer service and store appearance. Our team offers excellent training and advancement opportunities, with over 35% of current employees promoted to manager or other positions within the company.

Sign‑On Bonus:
Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus.

Compensation

Salary range: $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Other factors include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and job‑related qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner and report feedback to the District Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
  • Complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
  • When the Store Manager is unavailable, the Assistant Manager is prepared to perform all managerial duties.
  • Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
  • Supervise employees.
  • Execute all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager.
  • Communicate company promotions to store employees.
