We look for staff who are warm and spirited, take initiative, can problem-solve, and have a strong desire to work with children. Our staff members serve as positive role models, spend the summer outdoors, enjoy a wide range of activities, and build lifelong friendships. Activity Heads are responsible for all aspects of a program area, including supervising staff, designing curriculum, area maintenance and staff scheduling. Applicants must be over 21 and have previous supervisory and coaching experience.
