Applications Coordinator
School Administrative Unit 43 is seeking an organized and data-driven Applications Coordinator to support the effective use of technology, data, and professional growth across the district. The Applications Coordinator plays a critical role in data management, reporting, and instructional support, collaborating closely with administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure data-driven decision-making and high-quality professional development.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & Systems Administration:
Coordinate data collection, maintenance, and validation across multiple platforms (student assessments, attendance, surveys). Serve as the district's Student Information System (SIS) and i4see coordinator, manage state reporting (NHED, CRDC, CATE), and oversee system configurations and user access. - Data-Driven Decision Making:
Collaborate with leadership to identify key metrics, establish goals, and support staff in using data to inform instructional planning and curriculum development. - Professional Development Planning:
Assess professional learning needs and partner with district leadership to design and deliver workshops focused on data literacy, technology integration, and instructional practices. - Collaboration & Operational Support:
Act as a resource for staff on data analysis tools and research-based strategies. Partner with Human Resources to manage and optimize Frontline Education platforms and support HR workflows. - Program Evaluation:
Monitor the impact of professional development initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for system and program improvements.
Qualifications
- Education:
Associate's degree or higher in education, data analysis, or a related field. - Experience:
Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting, ideally within an educational setting. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau), educational technology tools, and student information systems. - Core Competencies:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and support. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build relationships across all levels of the organization. Familiarity with public school environments and state/federal compliance requirements.
