Prior Dunkin’ experience required | Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation

• Work in and support all team member positions as needed
• Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high‑performing team
• Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Promote a strong "Guest First" culture at all times
• Manage inventory and place DCP (Distributor) orders
• Handle cash management including deposits and drawer counts
• Execute and train team on new product rollouts and limited‑time offers
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules to meet business needs
• Process and run accurate payroll on time
• Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
