Campers Inn RV is looking for a Regional Service and Parts Director
. This role is responsible for overseeing the locations parts and service managers through their day-to-day operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop profitable fixed operations through agreed upon volume and productivity
• Work with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency with a focus on meeting departmental expense ratios, balance of internal/external/warranty work, and personal productivity
• Monitor technician and shop productivity to reduce inefficiencies and lost time Monitor and develop inventory control plans to increase turns and decrease obsolescence
• Assist in the development of the yearly budget, and track departmental performance against the budget
• Develop and manage a high performing staff, both in terms of performance and moral
• Live the company's core values and hold all employees accountable to those values
• Direct the hiring and training of departmental personnel
• Ensure training guidelines are met and individual/team developmental goals are accomplished
• Achieve and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction, hospitality, and loyalty
