2nd Shift – 3+ Years

Experience:

$2,000 per shift
1st Shift – 3+ Years

Experience:

$1,500 per shift
2nd Shift – 0–3 Years

Experience:

$1,000 per shift

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Operate assigned machines after setup by supervisor or lead.
• Make adjustments (e.g., change tool offsets) to produce parts within tolerances and specifications as called for on production sketches.
• Inspect parts as produced to assure compliance using micrometers, verniers, gages, fixtures and/or other measuring equipment.
• Recognize and report need for adjustments and tooling sharpening.
• Report any problems or unusual circumstances immediately to supervision.
• Exercise good machine practices at all times.
• Produce both quality and quantity.
• Maintain accurate production cards, records, or other data as required.
• Maintain area, equipment, and tools in neat, orderly condition.
• Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
  
  Perform other duties as required, assigned or directed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 months – 1 year or more of experience.
• Capacity to understand measurement and inspection devices.
• Able to interpret blueprints.
• Understand part placement to achieve optimum efficiency.
