Schedule: Monday‑Friday 3:30 PM – Midnight (overtime on business‑need basis).

Compensation: $1,500 sign‑on bonus, 10% shift differential, eligible for annual increases and a competitive benefits package, including first‑day medical benefits.

• Deburr and finish aluminum parts and handle machine operations.
• Use hand and machine tools (files, hammers, chisels, pneumatic sanders, die grinders).
• Read and follow procedures, routing and work instructions accurately.
• Maintain quality product standards with no defects.
• Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Comply with quality systems and participate in audits.
• Assist in cost‑reduction and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Lift and manipulate up to 25 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical education in related discipline preferred.
• U.S. Person is required (lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or U.S. citizen).
