JOB TITLE:

Finishing Specialist I
PAY RANGE: $20 - $25 +10% differential
SHIFT: 2nd / Mon – Thur 3:00pm – 1:30 am

Quick Summary

Prototek is hiring a Finishing Specialist I to support sheet metal production by ensuring parts are properly finished, marked, assembled, and prepared for delivery. This role is critical to maintaining part quality and supporting on-time shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, versatile, and comfortable working across multiple finishing processes.

• Perform silkscreen, part marking, and engraving
• Support plating, painting, powder coating, and hardware installation
• Assembly, labeling, and preparation of parts for shipment
• Follow prints and finishing procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• 3+ years finishing experience in manufacturing (preferred)
• Blueprint reading and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
