Salary: $28 - $30 per hour

- Set up and operate CNC laser machines to cut, etch, and pierce metal materials
- Plan and lay out cutting sequences using blueprints and production drawings
- Select and install correct lenses and adjust machine settings for various material types and thicknesses
- Align, fit, and rework parts that do not pass inspection
- Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance and report machine malfunctions
- Load and position sheet metal blanks, requesting assistance for heavy materials
- Maintain clean and safe work area in accordance with company protocols
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience operating CNC laser or similar metal-cutting machinery
- Minimum 1–2+ years of metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing experience
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
- Ability to plan and sequence cutting operations independently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
