As the Pre-Match Department Supervisor at Len-Tex Corporation, you will take charge of evaluating daily production schedules and efficiently assigning work orders to your pre-match team. Your role involves maintaining a comprehensive overview of daily ink production while meticulously reviewing mixed colors for both visual and system accuracy. You will ensure that proper color mixing procedures are strictly followed and manage the training of team members on Xrite software and spectrometers.
