Location: Charlestown, New Hampshire
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating production equipment to fabricate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). They are responsible for all aspects of their production area requirements including set up, running and maintaining manufacturing equipment, monitoring output for conformance, performing quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
Job DetailsDuties & Responsibilities
- Operate all department equipment, quality checks, and preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follow production guidelines/specifications.
- Follow established guidelines for safe material handling and protective gear. Adhere to environmental, health and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.
- When applicable, create or download job programs to run jobs on machines.
- Read, interpret and maintain required records of production activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods, systems, and production processes.

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred.
- Must have hands‑on / mechanical aptitude / trade experience (e.g., farming, construction, auto repair, machining, woodworking, etc.).
- Able to work 8‑hour shifts plus overtime when needed.
- Able to lift up to 44 pounds / 20 kg.
- Able to bend, lean, sit and/or stand for entire shift.
- High level of manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate factory machines and use software to run computer‑operated machinery.
