The Production Worker primarily works in the outside production area of the Ameri Gas Cylinder Exchange facility. The employee processes 20‐lb barbeque grill cylinders.

• Models a commitment to safety through day‐to‐day behavior; follows company safety procedures and policies

• Function effectively as a member of a production team

• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
• Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear the proper PPE.
• Ensure the consistent quality of cylinders being processed.
• Load filled cylinders onto truck(s) for the next day’s shipments.
• Stand and walk 8–12 hours per day.
• Lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.

• Follow processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Function effectively as a production team member.
• Willingness to grow and learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Work in a fast‐paced environment.
• Stand 8–10 hours per day.
• Obtain required state licensing.
• Be forklift certified.

• 1–2 years of manufacturing work experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Environmental conditions such as wind, rain, ice, and snow may affect this job because the production area where the employee spends most of the workday is not enclosed.

• $19.50 per hour.

Pay for this position ranges from $19.50 to $19.50, depending on applicant skills, qualifications, certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance‐based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
