At Prototek, shipping isn’t just putting parts in a box. Our shipping team plays a huge role in keeping production moving and ensuring precision‑manufactured parts arrive safely and on time to customers across industries like aerospace, defense, robotics, medical, and advanced manufacturing.

We’re looking for a dependable Shipper Level II who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

• Package and prepare precision parts for shipment
• Process UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and freight shipments
• Verify work orders, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Receive incoming materials and move inventory between departments/buildings
• Use Mie Trak and Mie Kiosk to manage shipping workflows
• Support end‑of‑day shipping operations and reporting

• High School diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Experience using shipping software or ERP systems
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Strong attention to detail

Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements – Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
