Assembler Job Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to blueprints or diagrams.
- Assemble belts, sprockets, pulleys, rollers, and sub-assemblies.
- Utilize tools to fasten, join, or secure components.
- Wire and connect motors and switches.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklift.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or general assembly.
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics knowledge helpful.
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams, or instructions.
- Ability to read measuring devices and dial calipers.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs with or without assistance.
