Mechanical Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift, Contract To Hire

Join our hands‑on manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality and collaboration.

Shifts:

• 1st Shift (5:00 am – 2:30 pm)
• 2nd Shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)

Pay Rate:

• $23.00 /hr – 1st Shift
• $23.00 /hr + $3.00 shift differential – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and medium‑sized assemblies per detailed work instructions and English diagrams.
• Use hand tools such as torque wrenches and screwdrivers to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform quality checks to ensure fit, function and specification compliance.
• Report assembly issues, defective parts or process deviations to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area following company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow English work instructions and documentation.
• Familiarity with torque wrenches, screwdrivers and other basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
