Production Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Compensation:
Up to $35 /hour, plus shift differential and quarterly bonus

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on the second shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization offering competitive pay, bonus potential, and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a proven track record of supervising production employees in a fast‑paced production environment. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and cost‑effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate production employees and Production Leaders.
• Establish team priorities and coordinate work activities to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Monitor production processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
• Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience overseeing production employees required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Experience managing performance, training employees, and driving accountability.
• Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proficiency with production reporting and recordkeeping.
