Coworx Staffing Services is hiring for multiple companies in the Lebanon, NH area for all shifts in manufacturing settings. These positions include assembly and inspection work. Positions can range from entry level to skilled opportunities. These positions offer a good work environment, clean facilities, and opportunities for advancement. Pay is dependent on company and shift.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and interpret safety guidelines, work instructions, diagrams, and production documentation to perform assembly tasks accurately.
• Use basic measurement tools and visual inspection methods to verify part quality and alignment.
• Operate hand tools and small assembly equipment as required.
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area, and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Support lean manufacturing practices and contribute ideas to improve workflow, quality, and efficiency.
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed to support team goals.

Desired Background/

Skills:

• Experience preferred; entry-level opportunities are available.
• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, which may include a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.
• Steady and reliable work history required.
