** Job Description*
* We are looking for a General Production Worker to support daily operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role involves working as part of a team to produce high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production

+ Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications

+ Operate basic hand tools and production equipment

+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards

+ Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment

+ Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace

+ Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products

** Qualifications*
* + Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

+ Willingness to work in a manufacturing or outdoor environment

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

+ Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required
