Salary Range: $20.00 – $24.00 Hourly

- Three shifts available
- Late night shift receives a shift differential of $2.25/hr
- 40+ hours a week
- Overtime available as needed
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial concrete products manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing premium quality precast concrete products to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Strip and clean concrete forms and products
- Prepare forms for casting
- Mix, test, and pour concrete
- Operate machinery including forklifts and mixers
- Perform basic carpentry/construction skills on a regular basis
- Maintain facility and housekeeping duties
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned temporarily or permanently
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Manufacturing or construction experience (preferred)
- Basic math knowledge and understanding of measurements (plus)
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs periodically throughout the day

- Shift 1:
Monday – Friday, 5:30 am – 2 pm - Shift 2:
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm - Shift 3:
Monday – Friday, 5 pm – 1:30 am
