Our successful client needs a Production Planning Assistant for their team. This direct-hire role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities of the Production Planning Assistant- Support planning, coordination, and execution of daily production activities
- Assist with production scheduling, job tracking, and work order status updates in ERP/MRP systems
- Assist with planning meetings, production reviews, and program status updates
- Prepare and revise documentation and reporting
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, scheduling, or administrative support (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment
Offering $65K-$80K/year, DOE.
