Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This is a hands‑on position working in a production environment where you will help build and finish high‑quality products. Production Associate / Fabricator Shift1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Fridays
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Duties- Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass products
- Work with molds, resins, and composite materials
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Move materials throughout the facility as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Fiberglass, composite, or plastic fabrication
- Mechanical, automotive, or construction experience
- Skilled trades experience
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
