Manufacturing ​/ Production Technician, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Our client, a leading provider in the metal finishing industry, is seeking a Technician to join their team. As a Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $21.05 + 12% Total $23.58

• Operate assigned equipment used in executing metal finishing operations
• Load and unload tote pans of parts, and handle parts in baskets, racks, or barrels
• Follow prescribed procedures for processing and maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas
• Monitor solution temperatures and maintain daily production logs
• Inspect processed parts to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot simple to moderate issues

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and effectively communicate
• Basic understanding of chemistry related to the job and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform manual tasks
• Willingness to wear safety shoes and long sleeves as required
