Lindt USA is seeking a Production Line Lead to supervise an entire production line, drive daily productivity, and ensure targets for volume and quality are met. You will assign duties, oversee line personnel, and address issues promptly.
Responsibilities include coordinating line productivity, training staff, ensuring safety and quality compliance, maintaining records in SAP and related systems, and leading shift handovers. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for TPM experience.
