Position Overview: As a Machine Operator at Lindt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship that Lindt is celebrated for. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production.

• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

• Monitor equipment performance, adjusting as necessary to meet production targets.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures diligently.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily manufacturing objectives.

• Keep accurate records of production output and equipment status.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows-based software.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Technical aptitude, particularly in machinery operation and troubleshooting.

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of 40 pounds.

• Capable of climbing, bending, reaching, and other physical activities required for the role.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including potential overtime.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $21.00 per hour
