As a Color Lab Assistant
, you play a vital role in supporting our Design Technicians and ensuring the smooth, accurate day-to-day operation of the color lab. Your work directly impacts the quality and consistency of our wallcovering products by helping create precise, production-ready standards.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

• Maintain organization of lab supplies, tools, and materials to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep all work areas clean, safe, and production‑ready
• Emboss and finish lab sample materials according to detailed specifications
• Prepare, label, and package sample materials for shipment to clients
• Transport carts, materials, and equipment as needed throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and proper handling practices for tools and materials

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Dependability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly
• Reach up to 6 feet overhead
• Push and maneuver heavy wheeled carts
• Stand for extended periods (2–3 hours at a time)
• Safely and effectively use hand tools such as wrenches, wipers, and utility knives
