Shifts:
Multiple Shifts Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourA Day in This Role Sculpt clean, consistent outside radii using air-powered tools.
Refine micro-finishes within fillet radii and along airfoils by removing cutter marks with deburring and finishing wheels.
Erase machine marks and belt scratches; restore and blend surfaces on platforms, shrouds, radii, and airfoils.
Measure thickness with gauges, correct oversize conditions per operation sheets, and control blends, stock removal, and surface finish using proper wheel durometers and belt grits.
Address oversize/undersize conditions, relocate radii to existing airfoils, and excel on small parts or hard-to-belt features.
Set up equipment with the correct polishing belts and wheels; read gauges accurately and apply sound basic math.
What You Bring High school diploma or GED.Comfort with basic tools (hand tools, pneumatic tools, etc.).Solid grasp of basic mathematics and ability to interpret gauge readings against specifications.
Hands-on strengths:
Troubleshooting skills, hand tools, maintenance experience, manufacturing exposure, and mechanical aptitude.
