Sub Com is seeking a Lead for the Testing group within OPS to coordinate daily testing activities and provide day-to-day guidance to QS 1,2, and 3 Technicians. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 4+ years fiber optic splicing, and 4+ years clean room experience; strong Lean/5S knowledge and ability to train others are essential.
