Quality, safety, and continuous improvement aren’t buzzwords here—they’re how we  This Role, You Will Operate CNC mills, lathes, and associated equipment to produce precision parts.

Read and apply blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and work instructions to guide machining steps.

Choose tooling and fixtures; set feeds and speeds to hit accuracy and throughput goals.

Execute first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Diagnose machining challenges; refine programs or machine settings as appropriate.

Streamline processes to shorten cycle times and minimize scrap.

Meet production schedules while upholding strict quality standards.

What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED.At least 3 years of machining experience in manufacturing.

Strong grasp of machining theory, tooling, materials, and tight tolerances.

Comfortable reading prints and interpreting GD&T.Skilled with precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Siemens or comparable controls preferred.

Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Dedication to safety practices and quality expectations.

Physical Demands & Work Setting Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Manual dexterity for safe operation of manufacturing equipment.

Manufacturing environment with heat, machine noise, metal shavings, lubricants, and moving mechanical parts; PPE and safety procedures required.
