Marathon Staffing seeks reliable Production Packers to support high-volume operations for our clients. In this role, you will accurately pack, seal, and label products, ensuring counts, packaging, and materials meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include visual inspection for defects, operating basic packing equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. You'll follow production schedules, complete simple documentation, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct counts
- Operate basic packing and labeling equipment safely
- Follow production schedules and meet productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
- Accurately complete basic production and packaging logs
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Report equipment or quality issues promptly
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English
