Production Associate Fabricator Job Fitzwilliam New Hampshire USA,Manufacturing / Production

Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in Fitzwilliam, NH with hiring a Production Associate / Fabricator on 1st shift. This is a hands‑on position working in a production environment where you will help build and finish high‑quality products.

Position:

Production Associate / Fabricator

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Fridays

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Fabricate, assemble, and finish fiberglass products
Work with molds, resins, and composite materials
Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions and production schedules
Move materials throughout the facility as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience:

Manufacturing or production experience
Fiberglass, composite, or plastic fabrication
Mechanical, automotive, or construction experience
Skilled trades experience

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
