Production Operators (Newington, NH)

Georgia-Pacific Gypsum is seeking motivated and safety‑oriented individuals to join our production team.

Compensation
  • Starts at $27.00/hour and up depending on experience
  • Night shift differential: $1.50‑$2.00/hour
Schedule
  • 12‑hour straight shifts
  • Both day (6:00 am‑6:30 pm) and night (6:00 pm‑6:30 am) available
  • Includes weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

What You Will Do
  • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
  • Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
  • Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of the work area
  • Work as a team to meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
  • Operate and/or work around mobile equipment ranging from forklifts to heavy equipment
  • Adhere strictly to safety rules and regulations, including wearing required safety equipment
  • Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day in a loud, high‑volume environment
  • Work in an industrial environment that is hot, humid, and noisy; work around dust, grease, oil, and other chemical substances; the facility is non‑climate‑controlled
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • At least 1 year of work experience
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, military, or completion of post‑high‑school education in manufacturing/industrial fields
  • Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience operating a heavy‑load forklift
