PLP Composites is seeking a skilled and motivated Craftsman to join our production team. This hands-on role is essential to the creation of our high-quality fiberglass poles, which are proudly handcrafted in New Hampshire and built to withstand the toughest environments.

As a Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and assembling materials used in the production of fiberglass poles. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure every product meets our exacting quality standards.

• Gather and prepare materials required for fiberglass pole production
• Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications
• Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to established processes
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required

• 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts)
• Occasional overtime available
