As a Full-Time Lamination/Emboss Operator at Len-Tex Corporation, you will operate lamination and embossing machines to meet stringent production schedules. Your role is essential in ensuring top-notch quality, as you will monitor adhesion, embossing, and the overall finish of our Len-Tex Wall coverings. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area while diligently following all safety protocols.

Regular machine clean-up will be part of your duties, and you’ll play a vital role in reporting any maintenance needs to ensure uninterrupted production. To excel in the Full-Time Lamination/Emboss Operator position at Len-Tex Corporation, candidates should possess strong manufacturing experience coupled with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork. The ability to lift 50–60 lbs and maintain an active presence on your feet for extended periods is essential for managing production tasks efficiently. You should be skilled in using various hand tools and machine controls, and demonstrate a willingness to learn multiple processes to adapt to the evolving needs of our manufacturing environment.

Prior experience with web based manufacturing, textile, or paper converting will be considered a plus, as it equips you with relevant expertise that enhances your contribution to the team.
