The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of day-to-day marketing operations, with a strong focus on driving lead generation and supporting business growth. In this role, you will work collaboratively across internal departments to develop, launch, and optimize strategic outreach campaigns that support lead generation goals. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, be detail-oriented, and bring a creative, data-driven approach to improving campaign performance.
The Marketing Specialist will work under the direction of the Digital Marketing Team Lead and collaborate with the entire Marketing and internal departments.
- Support the creation, execution, and optimization of inbound-focused, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive lead generation and conversion across email, SMS/text, job boards, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and manage inbound B2B/B2C marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, attract qualified clients, and support engagement throughout the funnel.
- Test and optimize messaging, cadence, timing, segmentation, and templates to improve inbound performance and audience engagement across channels.
- Pull, analyze, and interpret campaign and pipeline data using tools such as Power BI, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and other platforms to help identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve inbound lead generation.
- Clearly share campaign performance, key learnings, and inbound marketing best practices to support internal and external conversations.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to align campaigns, support lead follow-up efforts, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Support inbound marketing operations and data integrity by assisting with database imports, list uploads, segmentation, and ongoing CRM and marketing system maintenance.
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools, contributing ideas that support inbound growth and lead generation.
