Wholesale Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Large Retailer | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / Stratham, NH)

A leading global retailer is seeking a Wholesale Marketing Specialist to support Canada and Lifestyle/Outdoor markets. This role will drive strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth across footwear and apparel categories.

• Develop and execute seasonal wholesale marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and account-specific initiatives.
• Partner with wholesale accounts and distributors to drive brand visibility and sell-through.
• Manage co-op marketing programs, retail activations, in-store merchandising, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and global marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Analyze campaign performance, retail trends, and sales data to optimize future marketing strategies.
• Ensure marketing assets are localized and aligned with brand standards.

• 5+ years of experience in wholesale marketing, retail marketing, or brand marketing (footwear/apparel experience preferred).
• Experience managing retailer partnerships, marketing programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Canadian retail markets and bilingual English/French skills are a plus.
