Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Evening Nursing Supervisor to lead and support our healthcare team.

Examples of Duties
  • Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care during evening/night shifts.
  • Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals.
  • Supervise nursing operations, manage emergencies, and resolve patient care issues.
  • Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to uphold clinical excellence and standards.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Typical Qualifications
  • Valid LPN or RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an Acute or Long Term Care facility, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage staff effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate with excellent patient care and assessment skills.

Supplemental Information Shift Differential
  • $2/hour - 2nd shift
  • $2/hour - 3rd shift
  • 20% of base rate of pay for all Weekend shifts
