RN/LPN - Weekend Night Shift Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend night shifts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work 24 hours while being compensated for 30 hours of work.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during weekend night shifts
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
