Location: Sanbornville
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concord is seeking a Hemodialysis RN to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care for inpatients receiving hemodialysis in a state-of-the-art dialysis suite.
Responsibilities include supervising treatments, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans while educating staff on dialysis care and equipment. A current RN license, CPR, and ACLS within one year are required; CRRN is preferred and we offer support
