Role Overview
Provides primary and urgent care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, collaborating with center leadership and medical providers to deliver high-quality healthcare with compassion. The position is open to nurse practitioners or physician assistants, including new graduates.
ResponsibilitiesWork on-site with the leadership team, coordinate with the Medical Director or attending physicians, and deliver comprehensive care tailored to the adult and geriatric population.
QualificationsLicensed registered nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing, certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner track, or graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with NCCPA certification and state licensure. Preferably with at least two years of relevant experience.
