Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment. Ensure that residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism while adhering to facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Support timely mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injuries.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding residents’ conditions.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license required.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must provide valid  proof of CNA certification.
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation required.
