CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure patient safety and comfort while supporting nursing staff with daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Adhere to facility policies and infection control procedures, including mask and identification requirements.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support resident well-being.
• Document care provided accurately in patient records.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have completed mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or qualify for an exemption.
• Ability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts as scheduled.
