CNA – LTC​/SNF

Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents while supporting the healthcare team with vital clinical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification in the state.
• Proven experience working as a CNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism in patient care.
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility as needed.
