• Provide direct patient care to adults with psychiatric conditions in a hospital setting
• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments; contribute to care planning
• Administer prescribed medications; monitor for effects and safety
• Apply de-escalation techniques and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate with the multidisciplinary team
• Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; participate in shift handoffs

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
• Psychiatric/Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• BLS certification required; additional certifications/specialty training encouraged
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting and adapt to fast-paced environments

• RN degree from an accredited program (AS or BSN)
