Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Part-time and full-time positions available

• Salary: $20 - $36 hourly, based on shift and experience

  Sign On Bonus:

  • Full Time: $1,500

  • Part Time: $750

• Shift Options:

  • Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M – 3:00 P.M

  • Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M – 11:00 P.M

  • Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Night
    
    Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00
    
    A.M

  • Per Diem Weekend Shift

• Requirements:

  • Valid Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents

• Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ needs

• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
