Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Location:
Franconia, NH - Assignment Length: 14 Weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Hours:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Guaranteed
Hours:
36 Hours per Week
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Active LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
